Rates
$150 per 50-minute initial session
$140 per 50-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am not in-network with any insurance companies. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider since I am out of network for all insurance plans.
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Does my plan cover Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are not available except in rare circumstances, but contracted, longer term payment plans and payment incentive plans can be arranged. Clients are responsible for all costs of therapy that are incurred.
Payment
Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
